Arcos Riviera Series 7" Carving Fork

Forged carving fork with a 7'' blade, made of NITRUM® stainless steel to improve the cut and make the blade last even longer.
Its handle is made with polyoxymethylene(POM) and has Bactiproof Silver technology which incorporates all the necessary elements to protect the surface from stains, bad smells, and harmful microorganisms.
It has a characteristic rounded ferrule that, along with the bolster, give this fork the perfect combination of style and safety.
At ARCOS we decided to change aluminum rivets for stainless steel ones, since they give the handle a better grip and noticeably improve resistance to corrosion.
